2 Egg Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup veggies of your choice (tomatoes, bell peppers, spinach, onions, mushrooms)
  • 1 tbsp. cheese
  • salt & pepper

Preparations:

  1. Whisk eggs and cook, fill with veggies and sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
