2 Step Broccoli Salad (prep time 5 min, cook time 25 min, makes 2 servings)
- 3 small heads of broccoli, cleaned and cut into small florets and lightly steamed
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- handful of cashews
- 2 stalks of sliced green scallions, chopped
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. siracha (or another hot sauce of your choice)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Heat sauce ingredients.
- Mix in with all salad ingredients.
- Keeps in fridge for up to 4 days.
