Baked Chicken Power Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/8 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 oz. baked chicken (seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika)
  • 1/8 cup dried nuts
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette

Preparations:

  1. Top lettuce with tomatoes, carrots, chicken and nuts.
  2. Toss with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
