Banana Nut Overnight Oats (prep time 5 min, makes 1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or another milk of your choice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 15 pecan halves, chopped

Preparations:

  1. Mash banana with a fork. Add all other ingredients except pecans. Stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
  3. Oats will be ready in the morning. Serve cold topped with chopped pecans.
