Banana Nut Overnight Oats (prep time 5 min, makes 1 serving)
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or another milk of your choice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 15 pecan halves, chopped
- Mash banana with a fork. Add all other ingredients except pecans. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
- Oats will be ready in the morning. Serve cold topped with chopped pecans.
