Fall Greens Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe pear or apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 cups greens (spinach, kale, romaine, any greens)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • water or milk to consistency

Preparations:
