Class Descriptions


Intervals of strength, cardio, core, plyometrics and functional movements sure to make your body more fit, lean, and toned! Prepare to push yourself to the next level!

Barre Burn:

High energy and low impact exercises that combine barre work and light weights with a continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt and elongate the appearance of your body.


Using specially designed moves to realign, re-pattern and balance your body. Pilates focuses on strengthening and lengthening the deeper muscles of the core while improving flexibility, agility, coordination and stamina.

TABATA Training:

Features 20 second intervals of large movement exercises, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times through. These bursts of intense cardio or strength work torches calories and strengthens your entire body head to toe.

HIIT the Weights:

The ultimate muscle burn! High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) meets strength conditioning in this class. Expect high reps of strength training exercises in short periods of time followed by a brief recover! You will maximize your overall fat burn and increase your muscular endurance.

Tone & Tighten:

Create muscles that are toned and lengthened though a general strength training workout. Enhance your definition while building strength and stamina in big and small muscle groups throughout your entire body!

Power Stretch:

Tone your body with no impact exercises while simultaneously training your muscles to move better, bend easier and reach further. Improve the elasticity of your muscles and restore and reaffirm comfortable muscle tone through active stretching movements. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility and range of motion.

Cardio & Core:

The perfect combination of sweat and core work. Burn calories with cardio drills that will keep heart heart pumping with segments of total core work. You will increase your stamina, stability, and overall core strength.


An action-packed workout to help develop a strong mind and body connection. Learn proper technique for jabs and kicks while revving up your energy in this total body workout experience.
