6-Person, Small Group Personal Training

  • Get a group of 6 people together to commit to this small group training sessions. This is great for a group of friends, husband/wives, families, co-workers, anyone!
  • Coordinate directly with Jen to setup the best time and location for you, and Jen will make it happen.
  • Kickoff our 6-week Pre-holiday SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING: week of November 5th.  Meet with Jen 2 times per week for an hour long session. She will track your progress along the way!
  • Group of 6, $200 for entire 6 week program, 12 hour-long training sessions
  • FIT Meals included – weekly menu + recipes + grocery lists.
