FIT Girls Class / ages 13-17 / $45
Led by Natalie, Monday at 3:15pm starting July 20th.
This is a 3 week fitness class, 45-minutes each Cardio & Strength conditioning workout perfect for any and all fitness levels. They will be coached through cardio conditioning and muscular endurance using HIIT techniques, running, rowing and dumbbells and body weight. Whether they are new to workout out or an athlete, these girls will learn proper technique so they can perform at their personal best. We will focus on individual goals and accomplishments so that it is not a competitive atmosphere.
