Boys Strength + Agility / 3 Weeks / Tuesdays + Thursdays 5pm




Ages 13-17 / Starting July 21st led by Wes
6 sessions: every Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm

Each class is 45 minutes and focuses on strength and agility training workout perfect for any and all fitness levels. They will be coached through cardio conditioning and muscular endurance using cardio techniques, dumbbells and body weight. Whether they are new to workout out or an athlete, these guys will learn proper technique so they can perform at their personal best.
