Men’s Strength Training Program
6 weeks / Tuesdays and Thursdays / 5:15am-6:15am
- Building strength and athleticism focusing on compound exercises using barbells, dumbbells, and machines.
- Proper technique and form will be taught and monitored to gain max benefits.
- Minimum of 4 participants / Maximum of 8 participants.
