Roasted Edamame

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shelled edamame
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp soy salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Preparations:

  1. Preheat oven to 475
  2. Toss all ingredients together and roast for 10 minutes, then turn and roast for another 10 minutes.
