Also, don't be surprised if your class incorporates mats for core work and light weights to bring the burn during all those reps!

CARDIO BARRE includes everything a classic barre class offers but intensifies the “cardio” a bit more. Expect those isometric holds to be a little longer and those pulses to bring a little more shake. This class is designed to tone and lean your muscles, intensifying the cardiovascular component of barre with body weight and light handheld weight moves.
