Hi, I’m Jessica!

My mission is to help you feel more confident and achieve a healthy lifestyle that gives you your power back! 

I have professionally worked in the fitness and health industry since 2005 as a fitness coach, personal trainer and nutritionist. I have my own personal journey that led me toward wellness. My passion for fitness stems from my upbringing in sports, specifically gymnastics and cheerleading which landed me a college scholarship. Being so involved in these activities kept me in great physical shape, but when it came time for me to stop these activities, graduate college and get a full time job, I didn’t know how to maintain my health. Through some struggles, lots of hurdles and tons of dedication, I found my calling into fitness. I love motivating and encouraging others to surpass their struggles, conquer their goals and become the best version of themselves.

I live in Alabama with my three kids. When I’m not working, I love enjoying our local beaches, finding little day adventures with my kids, and putting together jigsaw puzzles! My splurge: Reality TV and Thai Iced Tea.

Sarah Legear | Administration & Childcare Manager

Sarah has worked at FIT Fairhope since it opened in 2019 and immediately took on the important role of Childcare Manager. She ensures FIT has excellent childcare staff so we can provide a great family experience to our members. Sarah has watched FIT Fairhope grow over the years and has taken on the additional role of Administration Manager. She helps with the administration organization and client communications which is so important for FIT.  Sarah has a beautiful family with two young children that have been part of FIT since they were babies.

Allie Rose Bush | Childcare

Allie joined FIT Fairhope as part of our childcare team in November 2022 and is with our morning childrens most every morning. She has a wonderful family including two kids that get to join her at work every day. Allie enjoys working childcare at FIT because it allows her the opportunity to cheer on other moms in a very tangible way. She loves being able to love on and care for their children while they work to become stronger versions of themselves.

Annette Porter-Ham | Fitness Instructor & Personal
Pilates Reformer, Yoga & Stretch, Barre, Bungee

Annette has extensive professional fitness training and over 25 years of experience as a fitness instructor, sports coach, and personal trainer.  Her client experience ranges from youth sports and college athletes to older adults-including those dealing with various disease processes and clients with special needs. With a background as a triathlete, her passion now is Yoga and Pilates as it helps improve fitness through sustainable methods that can be carried on throughout life.  She is certified in Yoga, Pilates Reformer, Barre Above, Silver Sneakers, Spinning, FITOUR Cycling, Group Exercise and Personal Training.

Celie O’Meara | Fitness Instructor
Mat Pilates, Barre

Celie is a ballet dancer at heart, with classical training from Birmingham Southern College. Staying fit and active and improving functional movement and flexibility are important keys to her own health, and she is passionate about sharing that with others. She is a mom to two baseball-loving boys which keep her very busy. Celie has been teaching Barre and Mat Pilates since 2015, and she is certified by BarreAbove, Myofascial Release (Foam Roller) and YMCA Hoover Group-X Pilates.

Daniela Montgomery | Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
Strength Training, HIIT, TRX & Row, Pilates Reformer

Daniela is passionate about helping others boost their self-confidence through fitness! Her mindset is not to focus on self-image but ot focus on self-health and self-love. She loves helping others pass their personal fitness goals while learning to love exercise rather than dread it.  She is passionate about HIIT and strength training and certified in ACE Group Fitness and SLING Bungee.

Debra Flowers | Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
Bounce & Barre

Debra's goal is to provide everyone in class with a fun, high energy workout filled with motivating music and smiles. Her fitness passion is Bounce, and she has been instructing on the Trampoline for 9 years. She also loves teaching Barre.  She plans each class based on proven exercise methods that allow each participant the opportunity to modify moves to fit their individual work out needs. As a former Principal, Physical Educator and contestant on the show Survivor, she is always up for a challenge mixed with fun!

Hollie Righter | Fitness Instructor
Hip Hop

Hollie is a HIP HOP instructor with over 23 years experience in dance fitness! She is passionate about encouraging people to get out of their comfort zones for a chance to find something that brings them the most joy!  She believes everyone needs to let loose and dance, and as a mom of four, she loves when parents and kids can join in dance together because it always brings happiness and connections. Hollie turns off the lights in class to make sure everyone gets in their own dance-zone without feeling self conscious, and she leads the class through high-energy, easy-to-follow dance moves.

Lauren Babcock | Fitness Instructor

Lauren is passionate about creating an inviting and non-intimidating atmosphere for all fitness levels. As someone who started working out after having kids in her 30s, she understands how intimidating a gym can be. She loves the welcoming culture at FIT Fairhope and thrives on making sure everyone feels included. She loves teaching HIIT style classes and Bungee, and she is certified in AAFA group fitness and Sling Bungee.

Lexie Turner | Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, Reps & Sets, Pound® Rockout Workout, Strength Training, Bungee

Lexie greets everyone with a smile and is known for having a calming presence.  Her passion is Mat Pilates and Pilates Reformer because she appreciates how effective Pilates is for physical fitness but it is also gentle on the body.  She loves exercises that demand slow controlled movements forcing physical endurance in a low-impact manner.  She is certified in Group Fitness, Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, Sling Bungee, Barre, and Pound.

Natalie Clarke | Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer

Natalie is passionate about empowering others with their workouts, giving them the confidence to feel strong, and supporting them in creating a consistent workout schedule that fits their lifestyle. She is a busy working mom, who understands the importance of creating a long-term relationship with fitness, and working out efficiently! Natalie has a degree specialized in Physical Education and holds a variety of fitness certifications, including Pound Rockout Workout, AFAA Group Fitness, and her Personal Training Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
