WHAT IS SLING? Sling Bungee takes the science of plyometrics to new heights, with a bungee-assisted, cardio-focused workout. Body weight and bungees to create resistance and flight! Tone muscles without the damaging impact, creating a fun exciting workout!

WHAT IS THE SCIENCE BEHIND SLING? Plyometrics – also know as jump training- muscles exert maximum force in short intervals to increase both speed and power. Low-Impact Plyometrics, Aerobic Cardio, and Resistance offers clients maximum offers maximum benefits without the pain and all the FUN! Clients can expect to burn an average of 350-800 calories in one workout!

LEVEL 1 - Beginner This basics class is the place to start! In Level 1 you will learn safety essentials, proper technique, and the important footwork of bungee fitness. Once you have attended this pre-requisite class and feel confident in the movements, you can move on to Level 2 OR Bungee Bootcamp.

LEVEL 1.5 - Intermediate Do you want an immediate burn, without going through all 4 levels of bungee fitness? Bungee Bootcamp takes the simple skillsets learned in Level 1, and challenges you in one continual cardio push (No stopping to learn new skills, all endurance!) This class is split into two sections: In-harness cardio + out-of-harness strength training. After your cardio burst, you will use weights, booty bands, and core routines to sculpt and build muscle! Bring water and prepare to get sweaty!

LEVEL 2 - Intermediate Build on your basics and endurance as we challenge you to learn more advanced skills and routines. In Level 2, you will be repetitively practicing techniques and adding routines to get you ready to move on to the faster-paced Level 3!

LEVEL 3 - Intermediate In Level 3 you will learn the last set of skillsets, fine-tune your technique, and continue to challenge your endurance. You will also begin your strength training with weights at this level, to achieve a full-body workout. In level 3 you will feel your confidence and endurance increase with the fast-paced format and fun music!

LEVEL 4 - Advanced After gaining confidence from the previous levels, come put all that you have learned into practice.  Level 4 routines are packed with all the skills to boost cardio, fly higher, and maximize the fun!  Instructors will also incorporate weights to focus on toning muscle.

Is this right for you? If you suffer from any ailments, please talk to a physician before starting any new type of fitness or exercise program. Some restrictions specific to Sling Bungee Fitness include pregnancy, any recent surgeries, weight of less than 90 lbs and a weight of greater than 240 lbs. Participants must be at least 16 years old. Participants between the ages of 16 and 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

What to expect. While bungee fitness reduces impact by up to 70 percent, we still offer high energy. If you struggle to do one burpee unassisted, or have any difficulty staying active for more that three minutes at a time, you may find this workout challenging.

Plan on arriving 15 minutes early! Each client will need to complete a waiver and health questionnaire. Each client is then privately weighed and each station is customized for each individual. We provide all equipment needed for workout. Be sure to eat a couple hours before class and empty your bladder before you come (or when you arrive.)
